Glenn Murray scored two goals and was sent off as Crystal Palace recorded their biggest ever league win over West Ham with a 3-1 victory at Upton Park.
Murray, making only his second away start in the Premier League, opened the scoring towards the end of the first half as his goal-bound header was deflected past his own keeper by Aaron Cresswell.
Scott Dann doubled Palace’s lead early in the second half, heading in Jason Puncheon’s corner at the far post before Murray added a more clear-cut second, again nodding in a Puncheon free-kick.
Having been somewhat lucky to avoid a second yellow for an earlier challenge, Murray then saw red for a second booking following his challenge in the box on Winston Reid and although West Ham pulled one back through Enner Valencia, Palace held out for a deserved victory.
