David de Gea transfer appears inevitable as his house is put up for sale

David de Gea is one step closer to a move to Real Madrid after his rented home in Cheshire was put up for sale by its owner.
Real Madrid are widely expected to complete a deal for the Spanish international goalkeeper this summer, bringing a four-year spell in Manchester to an end.
With his rented six bedroom home in Bowden, Cheshire going up for sale the loose ends are now being tied-up so the former Atletico star can make a return to Madrid.
After an unconvincing start to life at Old Trafford, de Gea has progressed dramatically - winning the Manchester United player of the year award for two consecutive seasons and becoming one of best goalkeepers in the world.
United manager Louis van Gaal would love to keep the 24-year-old but, with just a year left on his contract and no sign of a new deal being agreed, it seems increasingly clear that he will go.
Should a new Manchester United player want to buy De Gea's former home it will cost them a cool £2.75m.
