Everton complete Oumar Niasse signing for £13.5m

Everton have completed the signing of Lokomotiv Moscow forward Oumar Niasse, the Premier League club have announced.

Niasse, 25, joins for a fee of £13.5 million and signs a four-and-a-half year deal with the club.

"It’s a great day for me, a big dream to play in the Premier League and a big dream to play for Everton,” Niasse told the club’s website.

Niasse, a Senegalese international, has scored 12 goals in 21 Russian Premier League matches this season.
