Joe Allen set for medical at Stoke ahead of £13m move - report

The Wales midfielder, who starred for his country at Euro 2016, is on the verge of joining Mark Hughes' squad for a fee of £13million, according to the BBC.

The 26-year-old, who only has a year left on his contract, has fallen out of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp’s plans and had been linked with a return to his former club Swansea.

However, after discussions with his countryman Hughes it is believed he will join Stoke after the Anfield club rejected an £8million offer from the Welsh team.
