Leicester City were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw with West Bromwich Albion at the King Power Stadium, an outcome that opens the door for Tottenham to take over at the top for the first time this season on Wednesday.
The opening goal was the first time Leicester City have conceded at home in almost eight hours, when Salomon Rondon shrugged off Robert Huth to slot past Kasper Schmeichel.
The home side kept their cool, and hit back with Danny Drinkwater on the half hour mark, and Andy King put them ahead on the stroke of half time. WBA pulled one back early on with a superb Craig Gardner free kick, and from then Leicester dominated without being able to break down the away side for the winner.
The draw means that if Spurs win tomorrow against West Ham, Leicester will drop down to second place.

TALKING POINT

Will Leicester City crack under the pressure?
Leicester looked close to making their way past West Brom's defence with a last-minute chance for Leonardo Ulloa, but this time it went inches wide. There's a chance that Spurs could go top tomorrow, and if so, the pressure will be on Leicester to fight back. Jamie Vardy continues to struggle in front of goal - if they cannot rely on him anymore, they will have to find a new way to succeed.

MAN OF THE MATCH

Craig Gardner (West Bromwich Albion): Riyad Mahrez improved compared to his last performance, and overall Leicester seemed less rusty than they were against Norwich City at the weekend. WBA though, have Gardner to thank for their point, scoring an exquisite free kick in the second half, and almost winning it on a couple of occasions.
