The Dutch left-back has signed a four-and-a-half year contract with Sam Allardyce's side. ()

Steven Taylor - Portland to Ipswich Town

Former Newcastle defender Taylor has joined the Championship club.

Luke Freeman - Bristol City to QPR

Midfielder Luke Freeman has signed for QPR on a three-and-a-half year deal from Bristol City.
