Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has completed his move from Arsenal to Liverpool for a reported £35 million rising to a potential £40m.
The England midfielder held out for a move to Anfield after rejecting a move to Chelsea over fears they planned to use him as a wing-back.
The 24-year-old has penned a five-year deal.
Oxlade-Chamberlain was snapped in Liverpool kit while on England duty at St George’s Park ahead of the World Cup qualifiers with Malta and Slovakia.
"Firstly, I’m delighted to have signed for Liverpool and a big thank-you to everyone here at the FA that has made this possible, using the facilities. It has been a massive help," he told the club's official website.
"I’m not going to say too much today; I’m here with England and we’ve got two big games coming up, so I want to focus on them."
Oxlade-Chamberlain is Liverpool’s fourth signing of the summer, joining Mohamed Salah, Andrew Robertson and Dominic Solanke.
Oxlade-Chamberlain released a statement saying farewell to the Arsenal fans.
It’s expected to be a busy deadline day in Merseyside, with Thomas Lemar and Virgil van Dijk on the rumoured incoming list, while Philippe Coutinho could still secure his dream move to Barcelona.
