Leicester City midfielder Riyad Mahrez has been left Algeria's training camp in order to 'formalise his transfer to a new club' the federation has confirmed.

Mahrez was the PFA Player of the Year in 2016 after he helped Leicester to a shock Premier League title.
The team struggled to replicate that incredible form last season and Mahrez was widely linked with a move away, even if it did not materialise.
Serie A side Roma have reportedly had three bids turned down for the winger this summer and the Algerian statement confirmed that he has left to sort out a transfer.
"Leicester City's Algerian international Riyad Mahrez, who is currently with the national team in Sidi Moussa to prepare for the double confrontation against Zambia for the 2018 World Cup qualifiers, was authorised by the national coach Lucas Alcaraz and the Algerian Football Federation to make an express trip to Europe to formalise on Thursday his transfer to his new club," read a statement.
"The national team will fly without him on Thursday morning to Lusaka to face Zambia on Saturday."
Roma is not the only possible destination for Mahrez with Barcelona, PSG, Arsenal and Chelsea all reportedly interested.
