Unai Emery decided to substitute Mesut Ozil at half-time during Arsenal’s Premier League fixture with Brighton.

The score was 1-1 at the time. However, the Gunners struggled for creativity come the second-half and Emery's men could not fashion a winner.
Some fans were left perplexed by the decision to hook Ozil.
Hindsight is a beautiful thing. A wonderful, illuminating thing.
Ozil was deemed to have had an anonymous first half away and was the recipient of a pelter or two when he was hooked.
