Tottenham had managed impressively well without South Korean forward Heung-min Son while he was on international duty at the Asian Cup, but they benefitted from his return when he assisted Brennan Johnson for the winner in their 2-1 victory over Brighton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League, with his manager delighted.

Ange Postecoglou picked out a "world class" Heung-min Son for praise as the South Korean was instrumental in their 2-1 win over Brighton on Saturday.
Tottenham were trailing for most of the match at home as Pascal Gross’ 17th minute penalty put Roberto De Zerbi’s men in front.
However the home side fought back in the second half, levelling through Pape Sarr just after the hour mark, before an injury-time winner from Brennan Johnson gave them all three points.
Postecoglou conceded his team were far from their best in the first half but was pleased with their fightback.
He told the BBC: "It was a great finish for us and the supporters.
"It's a reward for our second half efforts but we weren't great in the first half. Part of that was because Brighton are a great team and we lacked some discipline.”
Heung-min Son, back from his Asia Cup exploits, was back in the side and it was his assist that teed up the winner, and his club manager picked out his quality.
"It's fair to say that we are still a work in progress but we had a world class player in Son [Heung-min], who makes the most difficult ball look simple to set up Brennan [Johnson],” he said.”
At the press conference, he was even more effusive, adding: “Maybe the nation he plays for works against him but I think he's a world-class player. You look at his record in the Premier League, the toughest league in the world, his goal contributions irrespective of what his team's gone through have always been right up there.
"Even this year, before he left, I think he was probably the best attacking player in the competition, just my opinion obviously. Certainly he'd be up there. He's a world class player.”
