Milan's Abiatti injured

Milan will have to make do without goalkeeper Christian Abbiati for three weeks after he suffered a groin injury during the 1-0 Serie A win at Parma.

Abbiati, 33, completed the game on Saturday but will now miss most of October's

"Abbiati will return to play in 15 to 20 days' time," the club said on their website. "He has a strain in the adductor muscle on his right thigh."

He will now miss the Champions League trip to Real Madrid on October 19.
