Kharja joins Fiorentina

Morocco international Houssine Kharja has completed a move from Fiorentina to Genoa on a two-year deal.

The 28-year-old will be jointly-owned by Fiorentina and Genoa, but will play for La Viola next season.

Fiorentina also have the option of signing the central midfielder, who has represented Morocco 64 times and scored five goals, for a third year.

Kharja spent the second half of last season on loan at Internazionale, where he was a midfield regular as the Nerazzurri tried to close the gap on AC Milan at the top of Serie A.
