Champions Juventus have confirmed their squad for their opening Serie A match of the season against Chievo and it includes record-signing Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portuguese forward, 33, signed for Juventus over the summer in a stunning transfer from Real Madrid which was worth €112 million (£99.2m).
The reigning Ballon d'Or holder scored on his unofficial debut for the club in the annual friendly match against the youth team.
And despite having only one pre-season friendly and a couple of weeks of training under his belt Ronaldo has been named in the squad to face Chievo and is expected to make his debut.
It remains to be seen whether or not he will start or come on as a substitute.
The match will kick-off at 17:00 UK time on Saturday afternoon.
Juventus have won the domestic double in each of the last four seasons but the real aim is the Champions League, a trophy Ronaldo has won on five occasions, including once against his new side in 2017.
