Meanwhile, Dutch goalkeeper Michel Vorm continues in goal for Tottenham.
The 34-year-old has started every game in Tottenham’s run to the final, and retains his spot, with Hugo Lloris on the bench.
Toby Alderweireld, who made a first Premier League start since October 28 midweek against Brighton, drops back to the bench, with Davinson Sanchez returning to the centre of defence alongside Jan Vertonghen.
That aside, it is very much as expected for Tottenham, with Harry Kane leading the line and Dele Alli and Son Heung-min offering support.
For United, Paul Pogba starts in midfield. The 25-year-old produced a man-of-the-match performance in the win against Bournemouth on Wednesday and is accompanied in midfield by Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera.
Ahead of that trio are Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Jesse Lingard.
However, the big news from a Manchester United is the absence of Eric Bailly from the matchday squad, meaning Chris Smalling and Phil Jones start together.

TEAMS:

Tottenham: Vorm, Trippier, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Dembele, Eriksen, Alli, Son, Kane
United: De Gea; Valencia, Smalling, Jones, Young; Matic, Herrera, Pogba; Lingard, Alexis, Lukaku.
