Blackburn reached the quarter-finals of the FA Cup for the first time in eight years after they beat Leicester 2-1 on Tuesday. Elsewhere, Fulham got the better of Leeds 2-0 and Brighton had a 1-0 win over Stoke. The three aforementioned winning sides will fancy their chances after several top sides were eliminated in the competition during the earlier rounds.

Championship side Blackburn caused an upset by beating Leicester 2-1 in an entertaining match at the King Power Stadium to reach the FA Cup quarter-finals.
It will be the first time Blackburn have played in the last eight of this competition for the first time since 2015.
The draw for the FA Cup quarter-finals will be made on Wednesday evening.
Leicester made six changes to the side that lost to Arsenal on Saturday and found themselves behind after 33 minutes when Tyrhys Dolan punished the hosts, who tried to play out from the back, with a stunner into the right corner from 20 yards out.
Despite having more possession, Leicester’s defence were found out for a second time just after half-time when Sammie Szmodics found a way through and with a bit of fortune, slotted the ball into the back of the net.
Kelechi Iheanacho pulled a goal back with 23 minutes remaining after getting on the end of a Harvey Barnes cross.
Iheanacho, Barnes and Jamie Vardy all had shots at goal but couldn’t find the equaliser, whilst Daniel Amartey struck the post with his header in injury-time.
Meanwhile, Fulham got the better of Leeds United 2-0 in the all-Premier League clash at Craven Cottage.
Leeds thought they scored twice in the first half for a foul and offside before a magnificent Joao Palhinha strike on 21 minutes saw Fulham take the lead.
Georginio Rutter nearly scored an equaliser with a header which struck the woodwork. Then, Manor Solomon played a delightful one-two with Aleksandar Mitrovic to curl one into the net and double Fulham’s lead.
Fulham will be joined by Brighton in the quarter-finals after the Seagulls reached the last eight for just the fifth time in the club’s history thanks to a lovely pass from Kaoru Mitoma which Evan Ferguson tapped home in the first half.
For the majority of the match, Brighton had the match under control as Stoke failed to create any big chances.
