Chelsea target Brazil ace

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has signalled a return to the club's big-spending days by lining up a £27 million move for Benfica defender David Luiz.

Not content with signing Ramires from them for £20m, Abramovich is keen to add Luiz and Santos' £17m-rated Neymar to Chelsea's ranks to give the Premier League champions some Brazilian flair next season. (Daily Mail)
