Joao Felix hasn't started a game for Atletico Madrid since September but he could be on the move to England, according to reports. Manchester United and Arsenal are said to have been in contact with his representatives, while Chelsea are also thought to be interested. Portugal's Felix starred at the 2022 World Cup with a goal and two assists in Qatar.

Manchester United and Arsenal have reportedly held talks with the agent of Atletico Madrid striker Joao Felix.
The 23-year-old has fallen out of favour at the Wanda Metropolitano and hasn’t started a game for Diego Simeone’s side since September.
It is therefore no surprise that Felix is strongly linked with a move away from the club, with Chelsea also said to be interested in the Portugal international.
Atletico Madrid paid £114m for Felix in 2019 but he has shown only glimpses of his quality in La Liga, showing his best form on the international stage with a goal and two assists at the Qatar World Cup.
Erik ten Hag's side are actively looking for a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who left last month, while Arsenal are seeking attacking reinforcements after Gabriel Jesus was ruled out with a lengthy injury.
Speaking to Caught Offside, Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano commented: “Both Arsenal and Manchester United have had discussions with Jorge Mendes about Joao Felix, also Chelsea and Aston Villa have been approached.
“They are informed on conditions of the deal, but still waiting to understand final decision by Atletico Madrid on potential loan as they always asked for €100m fee. I’m told this week there will be new talks to find a way for Joao Felix.”
It comes after the Telegraph claimed that Felix could join Chelsea next month on an initial loan from Atletico Madrid.
The report states the Blues are considering a loan with an option or obligation to buy in the summer.
With Chelsea the lowest goal scorers in the top half of the table, Blues chairman Todd Boehly is reported “to be willing to move swiftly for a deal.”
