Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson appears set to become the next big name player to move from Europe to the Saudi Pro League. Reports suggest that the 33-year-old England international will move to Al-Ettifaq for wages of around £700,000 a week after Liverpool agreed a fee believed to be worth an initial £12 million, with more to come in potential add-ons.

Al-Ettifaq have agreed a fee of £12 million with Liverpool for midfielder Jordan Henderson, according to reports.
The deal is agreed in principle, with potential add-ons, according to The Guardian.
The England international did not take part in his current side’s pre-season friendly with Karlsruher in Germany on Wednesday as talks progressed.
Henderson is said to have agreed a two-year contract with an option of a third year, with wages of £700,000 a week, a huge increase on his current earnings at Anfield of £200,000 a week, on a deal that has two more years to run.
Al-Ettifaq are managed by former Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard, and has cast aside his initial doubts about moving to Saudi Arabia after talks with boss Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool have sold Naby Keita, and released both Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and James Milner. Another midfielder, Fabinho, is also linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, and while Liverpool have signed Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai already, Klopp will likely need to dip into the transfer market to sign at least one more player for the middle of the pitch.
Discussing moves for Henderson and Fabinho, Klopp said: "As long as things are not really finally decided, we don’t have to talk about it.
"There will be a moment where we probably have to talk about it, but it’s not now. I don’t know that anything is decided, which means nothing to say in the moment. In the end, all of these decisions are made by me. And because I respect the players a lot, it’s usually with consent. It was in this case and it is all fine.”
Liverpool are also linked with a move for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, as well as Chelsea central defender Levi Colwill.
Luis Diaz and Thiago Alcantara have also been linked with a move away to the Saudi Pro League.
