Chelsea are prepared to sell striker Armando Broja, while Conor Gallagher is also linked with an exit, and Andrey Santos is set to join French club Strasbourg on loan. Elsewhere, Jose Mourinho is hoping for a return to his former club Manchester United, and Crystal Palace are eyeing a loan move for West Ham's versatile left-sided player, Maxwel Cornet.

Chelsea ready to sell Broja

The Mirror reports that Chelsea could sell one of Conor Gallagher or Armando Broja, but the striker seems most likely to leave.
Fulham and Wolves are both keen on the player, who could cost around £40 million.
“Chelsea are open to a deadline day deal for Armando Broja,” the paper writes.
“Fulham and Wolves remain keen on the Chelsea striker with the Blues ready to sell as they look to shake up their squad.
“Chelsea had initially demanded £50m for Broja but may accept closer to £40m which is still unlikely to get a deal done at this stage.
“However, Fulham and Wolves are watching developments with Chelsea angling to balance the books as they look to buy a new No9 which may come in the summer.
“Conor Gallagher has also been a possible departure.
“That means Broja is the more likely departure and his future may yet be decided on deadline day.”

Chelsea may send Santos on new loan

After failing to make an impact at Nottingham Forest, Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos could be sent out on loan again.
The Sun reports that Chelsea’s sister club Strasbourg looks like the potential destination.
The paper explains: “Brazilian teenager Andrey Santos is on the move again from Chelsea - with talks about a possible loan move to Strasbourg.
“The midfielder was recalled early from a previous loan with Nottingham Forest due to his lack of appearances.
“Chelsea own French side Strasbourg, and are using them as a feeder club to help develop their youngsters.
“Santos joined the Blues in January last year after grabbing Premier League attention following his impressive displays at the U-20 World Cup.
“The midfielder was subsequently loaned to Forest in the summer window - but after just two appearances returned to Stamford Bridge.”

Mourinho wants United comeback

Jose Mourinho is looking to bounce back from his Roma sacking by returning to Manchester United.
The Portuguese left the club in 2018, but the Daily Mail reports that he thinks he should get a second chance.
The paper states: “Jose Mourinho is keen on making what would be a sensational - if somewhat unlikely - return to Manchester United, Mail Sport understands.
“Sources close to the Portuguese manager, who was sacked by Roma earlier this month, say he feels he has ‘unfinished business’ after leaving Old Trafford in December 2018 and ‘has made it his mission’ to take charge again should the opportunity arise at some point in the future - as revealed on Mail Sport's It's All Kicking Off podcast.
“Mourinho is also said to be keen to work with the new regime at United, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS taking over football operations as part of the petrochemicals billionaire’s 25 per cent investment in the club.”

Palace want Cornet loan

Crystal Palace are considering a loan move for West Ham wideman Maxwel Cornet.
The versatile player can play in defence or further up the pitch and Roy Hodgson needs to strengthen his relegation-threatened squad.
The Telegraph said: “Crystal Palace are weighing up a late move for West Ham winger Maxwel Cornet.
“The Ivory Coast international, 27, could be allowed to leave as David Moyes looks to bring in a wide forward ahead of the transfer deadline.
“Palace have looked at a six-month loan for Cornet, who scored against Sheffield United earlier this month when he made his first Premier League start of the season.
“He can play as a forward or wing-back, which would provide cover for Roy Hodgson’s squad as they look to climb towards the top half of the table.
“Cornet, the £17.5 million signing from Burnley at the start of last season, was looked at by Nottingham Forest but they have pursued a deal for USA forward Gio Reyna.”
