Liverpool handed opportunity to sign Kimmich

Liverpool could sign a third midfielder this summer in the shape of Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich, according to the Daily Mail.
Jurgen Klopp has already strengthened his engine room with the acquisition of Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton and RB Leipzig’s Dominik Szoboszlai. And yet, The Reds may not be finished yet with Bayern seemingly ready to listen to offers for Kimmich.
The report states: “Bayern are looking at a major restructuring of the Bundesliga champions, above the head of boss Thomas Tuchel, as they look to try and free up the funds to complete a deal for Harry Kane, and it has thrown the future of Kimmich in doubt.”

Al-Hilal interested in Diaz

The future of Jordan Henderson and Fabinho at Liverpool is uncertain with both reportedly the subject of interest from clubs in the Saudi Pro League, and now Al-Hilal are interested in signing Luis Diaz, reports The Guardian.
The Reds have no desire to sell the Colombia international, states the article. However, it adds: “An approach is expected from Al-Hilal, one of four clubs in Saudi Arabia backed by the country’s Public Investment Fund.”
Al-Hilal have spent more than £100m, signing Ruben Neves from Wolves, Kalidou Koulibaly from Chelsea and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio.

Alba set to join for Inter Miami, Messi to make debut on Friday

Jordi Alba will join Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets at Inter Miami, according to The Athletic.
Alba is a free agent after leaving Barcelona this summer. He had been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, but has seemingly decided to join up with his former team-mates at the MLS club.
Meanwhile, Messi is set to make his debut for Miami on Friday in the Leagues Cup.

Newcastle close in on Barnes

Newcastle are closing in on the signing of Harvey Barnes from Leicester, reports the Daily Mail.
The report states: “Barnes is a prominent target for the Magpies and is set to be sold this summer, with the Foxes valuing the winger around the £35-40 million mark. The deal could be completed in the coming days.
“Barnes was also targeted by Aston Villa and West Ham but Newcastle has always been his first choice as he would have the chance to play in the Champions League in the coming season.”
