England to face Croatia in play-off

England have been drawn against Croatia in the qualifying play-offs for next year's European Under-21 Championship finals in the Czech Republic.

Gareth Southgate's side will meet the Croatians over two legs between October 8 and October 14, with the first leg taking place at home.
England completed their near-perfect qualifying group campaign this week with a 3-0 win in Moldova - their ninth win from 10 Group One qualifiers.
Croatia also impressed in their qualifying campaign as they pipped Ukraine to top Group Five with six wins from their eight games.
England reached the 2013 finals in Israel, but were quickly knocked out after losing all three of their group games.
Holders Spain have been drawn against Serbia, while the other five play-off ties are Slovakia v Italy, France v Sweden, Denmark v Iceland, Holland v Portugal and Ukraine v Germany.
The tournament finals will take place between June 17 and June 30 next year.
