England U21s forced to take coach 127 METRES to match

Normally it’s worth charging up your iPod and creating an emotional playlist before embarking on a coach trip to an important match.
But it’s doubtful the England squad would have made it through a solitary song after a ridiculously short commute to their European U21 Championship match against Sweden in the Czech Republic.
Due to UEFA rules apparently requiring teams to arrive at every match by coach, England were forced to undertake a 127-METRE trip from their hotel to Ander Stadium.
Still, the England driver must be loving life – paid for leaving a car park, turning right and arriving at the stadium. Job done.
Well, sort of, but they still arrived after their Sweden counterparts.
Jesse Lingard’s superb late volley handed England a 1-0 win, making the 254-metre round trip worthwhile.
