Defending title holders Barcelona maintained their 100% start to the UEFA Women's Champions League. Salma Paralluelo netted a brace in a 3-1 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany, leaving Jonatan Giraldez's side top of Group A with two wins from two matches as they target a third crown in four years. Meanwhile, eight-time champions Lyon recorded a 2-0 win over St Polten.

Defending champions Barcelona continued their 100% start to the UEFA Women's Champions League as they beat Eintracht Frankfurt 3-1.
Jonatan Giraldez's side didn't make life easy for themselves, as they were forced to come from behind after Laura Freigang's strike just before half-time.
However, it didn't take too long for the Spanish outfit to respond as they netted three goals over a 14-minute period after the break, with Salma Paralluelo bagging a brace, either side of Mariona Caldentey's goal.
The result caps a wonderful eight days for Barca, who opened up their Champions League campaign with a thumping 5-0 victory over Benfica last week, before hammering Real Madrid in Liga F.
Elsewhere, Benfica bounced back from that trouncing by securing a 1-0 victory over Rosengard, and they sit second in Group A, three points behind Blaugrana, who have made a strong start to their quest for a third European crown in four seasons.

Lyon maintain superb run

If Barcelona are to defend their title, they will face stern opposition from eight-time winners Lyon, who've also picked up back-to-back victories in the group stages.
Les Fenottes, who've lifted the Women's Champions League trophy more than any other club, eased to a 2-0 home success against St Polten, racing into the lead through Danielle van de Donk's fourth-minute strike, before Leonarda Balog put the game to bed.
Sonia Bompastor's side do have competition at the top of Group B though, as Norwegian outfit Brann beat Slavia Prague 1-0 to make it two wins from as many games thanks to a goal from Larissa Crummer.
