Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales apologises for kissing Jennifer Hermoso after Women's World Cup final

Spanish football federation (RFEF) president Luis Rubiales says he felt "regret" and had "made a mistake" in kissing player Jennifer Hermoso after Spain beat England in the Women's World Cup final.
