The official squad announcement is due to be made on Wednesday as Gareth Southgate names his final 23-man squad for the World Cup.
However as is often the case with World Cup squads reports have already started to leak out from a variety of different sources.

Tuesday 15th May 22:00 - Heartbreak for Bertrand, Rose and Young sneak in

Lost amid the Wilshere madness was the news that Ryan Bertrand is set for World Cup heartbreak, with Danny Rose - a man with just 10 appearances for Spurs this season - set to sneak into the squad.
Ashley Young is also set to be included in the 23-man travelling party. It means Southgate has three options at left-back, with Fabian Delph also capable of filling in after being deployed successfully in that position by Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.

Tuesday 15th May 17:00 - Wilshere out, Delph and Livermore in

The next story came a few hours later on Tuesday as Jack Wilshere was the next big name to be mentioned as cut.
Fabian Delph will be selected as a midfielder according to reports, despite the fact that he has played primarily at left-back this season for Manchester City and has not played for England since November 2015. Jake Livermore is also reportedly set to earn a surprise call-up.
Wilshere's injury record this season, despite his huge steps forward, were reportedly behind Southgate's decision and the Arsenal midfielder himself did not expect to be included.

Tuesday May 15th 12:00 - Joe Hart left out

The first reports to break came in the goalkeeping department as it was rumoured that Joe Hart would be left out of Southgate's plans.
Hart was reportedly told by Southgate via phone on Monday that he would not be taken with Jack Butland and Jordan Pickford battling for the No.1 slot and Nick Pope expected to go as third-choice.
