Southgate has resisted any urge to tweak his side after the penalty shootout win over Colombia in the last 16.
Dele Alli looked off the pace after recovering from a thigh injury to play against the South American side but he keeps his place in midfield.
The Three Lions suffered a raft of minor injuries against Colombia but every player appears to be fit to face Sweden with even Jamie Vardy making the bench after shrugging off a groin problem.
For Sweden, defender and captain Andreas Granqvist missed the birth of his daughter in order to face England in the huge last-eight clash.
England: Pickford, Walker, Stones, Maguire, Trippier, Lingard, Henderson, Dele, Young, Sterling, Kane.
Sweden: Olsen, Lindelof, Granqvist, Augustinsson, Krafth, Larsson, Ekdal, Forsberg, Claesson, Berg, Toivonen.
