Mahindra Racing's Edo Mortara crashes into wall on fifth lap of Monaco ePrix due to 'technical problem'

The safety car had to come out during the Monaco ePrix after Edo Mortara crashed into the wall on the fifth lap. Mahindra Racing later reported that a technical problem with Mortara's brakes resulted in the crash.
