Ian Machado Garry grew up watching Conor McGregor's meteoric rise to the top of the UFC. Now the 7-0 welterweight will fight on the same card as his idol at UFC 303. Garry will take on exciting Englishman Michael "Venom" Page in Las Vegas. The kickboxer came out on top in his UFC debut against Kevin Holland and now has a chance to impress at one of the most anticipated events of the year.
McGregor to make his long-awaited return to UFC on June 29th

Undefeated welterweight Ian Machado Garry will fight England's Michael "Venom" Page at UFC 303.
Conor McGregor will headline the event against Michael Chandler, with the Irishman returning to the Octagon for the first time since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier in 2021.
McGregor's compatriot Garry has a perfect record of 7-0 in the UFC, but he will face a tough test against Page, who is coming off a unanimous decision over Kevin Holland.
Garry is ranked seventh in the Welterweight rankings, but he was forced to dig deep in his last fight against Geoff Neal in February, winning via split decision.
The welterweight has been vocal about his desire to feature on a McGregor card, having grown up watching his idol's remarkable rise to the top of the UFC.
"I'd just be grateful to be in the presence of the greatest to ever do it in the UFC," he said.
"The truth is, for me to be that kid that grew up watching Conor, I was just totally emotionally invested in his career, to fight and compete on the same night as him, to watch him do his thing, hear his walkout, sit side-by-side with him at the press conference.
"The way he has changed and flipped this sport is unlike anybody who has ever done it before.
"To get to witness that as a kid that was sat on couches in Ireland and ordering pizzas and staying up all night ready to watch his fights, it will be a feather in the cap for sure."
Garry will not be taking former Bellator star Page lightly.
The former kickboxer is hugely exciting, possessing a unique fighting style and a penchant for dramatic finishes.
UFC 303 will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on June 29.
