FINAL LAP - BAGNAIA WINS!

The Ducati rider wins his second consecutive race at Mugello! He extends his lead at the top of the championship with this victory, and he will be very pleased with today's work.

A great day for Pramac Ducati, as Martin and Zarco finish in P2 and P3!

21/23

LAP 21/23: TWO LAPS TO GO - AS YOU WERE AT THE FRONT!

Bagnaia looks nailed on to take victory here. He remains around two seconds clear of Martin as he heads into the final lap of the race.

Meanwhile, Zarco looks to have sealed third place, as he has pulled out a small gap ahead of the Italian rider.

19/23

LAP 19/23 - BATTLE STILL GOING ON FOR P3

Zarco has not been able to pull away from Marini, and the VR46 rider remains right on the tail of the Pramac Ducati bike. Four laps to go, and this could go either way!

16/23

LAP 16/23 - GREAT FIGHT!

Zarco gets past Marini into 3rd after the exit of the last corner, but the VR46 rider trail brakes into Turn 1 to retake the position. It looks like he has the move stuck, but the Pramac rider comes back at him into Turn 3! Fantastic battle! Six laps to go!

14/23

LAP 14/23 - MARQUEZ CRASHES!

The second Marquez brother crashes into the gravel! The pressure of defending from Marini and Zarco behind him took its toll as he low sides into the gravel into Turn 2! He is back up with the bike, but it remains to be seen if he can get it going again!

Marini inherits third place.

13/23

LAP 13/23 - MARQUEZ STILL HAS COMPANY!

Despite getting up into P3, Marquez has both Marini and Zarco right behind him. The Spaniard will definitely have a lot of defending to do. The last podium place is still all up for grabs!

At the front, Bagnaia has started to check out. He is now one second clear of Martin in second place.

11/23

LAP 11/23 - MARQUEZ HAS MADE THE MOVE!

A. Marquez uses the slipstream down the main straight to make the move on Marini into Turn 1. The Spaniard is now up into P3, and looks in a good position to get the final podium place!

9/23

LAP 9/23 - BAGNAIA TRYING TO PULL OUT A GAP

The race leader is now upping his pace as we have 13 laps left to go of this Grand Prix. The gap now stands at close to six tenths. The front two are now almost two seconds clear of the group behind.

Meanwhile, Miguel Oliveira is out of the race. The Portuguese rider crashes into the gravel trap.

8/23

LAP 8/23 - BAGNAIA CANNOT GET CLEAR OF MARTIN

The Pramac Ducati bike of Martin is holding right onto the race leader. The gap remains quite close at less than five tenths of a second.

Marquez's accident has promoted his brother, Alex, into P4, with Zarco now in fifth.

6/23

LAP 6/23 - MARC MARQUEZ IS DOWN!

The Honda rider runs wide into the final corner and tries to make up for it, and it sees him lowside the bike and he is into the gravel and out of the race from P4!

He is up and OK, and gestures to the bike - it looks like he feels his machinery let him down there!

5/23

LAP 5/23 - BAGNAIA STILL LEADS

The Ducati rider is still out in front, but Martin is not far behind, and it just three tenths down the road.

The group of Marini, M. Marquez and A. Marquez, who are just behind by 1.4 seconds and are beginning to gap the riders behind them.

3/23

MARQUEZ LOSES CONTROL!

A lap earlier, Alex Marquez completely overshot into Turn 1, going deep and almost collecting Miller in the process. Too close for comfort!

The top two have pulled out a gap of over 1.3 seconds to the massive bunch behind. Bagnaia still leads.

2/23

LAP 2/23 - BAGNAIA WANTS TO CHECK OUT

The race leader has already pulled out a gap of five tenths over Martin behind him. Just back, Miller and Marini are absolutely battling it out for third place, but a whole group of riders are lurking just behind, including Marc Marquez.

1/23
