The pair, who have driven together for the past two seasons, will again drive the Leon in a bid to topple champions Vauxhall.
2008 will mark Plato's fifth season with the Spanish manufacturer. The 2001 BTCC champion has finished as runner-up in both of the last two seasons, only narrowly missing out on this year's title to Fabrizio Giovanardi at the final round.
But he is already confident of a successful revenge mission next year.
"I'm really looking forward to the start of the 2008 season," said the 40-year-old Brit.
"We have achieved so much as a team in just four years and we all know that we must continue to raise our game and do all we can to enable us to challenge for all the Manufacturers', Drivers' and Teams' titles.
"The BTCC is a very tough championship to win, but we know what's needed to succeed and we'll be fighting hard for every race win in 2008. I'm really optimistic about next season and can't wait to get racing again."
The less experienced Turner, who only turned to touring cars in 2006 after a successful career (which continues) in GT racing, won his first race last season and is aiming for a big improvement on his sixth place in the championship.
"I'm relishing the opportunity to be back racing in the BTCC with SEAT next year and I'm delighted to have been given the chance to have a crack at the full season again," said Turner, 33.
"This year I had the best qualifying average of any driver, I was really pleased with my pace and with my three race wins.
"It was unfortunate that I wasn't in the running for the Drivers' title at the end of the year, but I learnt a lot about touring car racing this season and I hope to put all that knowledge to good use in 2008."
