Eric Frenzel completed a triple victory at Seefeld for the third year in a row on Sunday to strengthen his grip at the top of the Nordic Combined World Cup standings.
The German is nigh on unbeatable at the Austrian resort and even overcame a disappointing jump to storm to victory ahead of Japan's Akito Watabe - his third win of the weekend.
Watabe had the best jump of the day, earning 104.2 points which was well clear of Frenzel who managed 90.3 after a mistake on his landing.
But in heavy snow and despite a race that was reduced from 15km to 10km in length, Frenzel clawed into Watabe's 56-second head start to claim victory.
Third on the day was Frenzel's compatriot Fabian Riessle who stays second overall in the standings on 574, 97 points behind his compatriot and leader but 20 ahead of Watabe.
