Another day, another win for Jarl Magnus Riiber in the Nordic Combined World Cup.
The Norwegian cruised to victory by 33.2 seconds in Schonach, Germany, for his fifth straight triumph and 10th of a miraculous season.
Riiber, who leads the overall World Cup standings on 1070 points, must be considered as one of the most dominant active athletes in any sport.
He jumped 103.5 metres in the morning to take a 32-second advantage into the ski, which he held to take gold by 33.2s.
Riiber was followed home by compatriot Joergen Graabak, with Stefan Rettenegger of Austria taking bronze.
There was an equal sense of inevitability in the Norwegian sweep of the podium on the women's side.
Norway have now won 21 of 24 available medals in the World Cup with Ida Marie Hagen winning gold, Mari Leinan Lund silver and Gyda Westvold Hansen bronze.
