Huddersfield coach Paul Anderson is hoping money talks as he scours the world for a replacement for departed England international Brett Ferres.

The Giants have cash to spend following the transfer of back-row forward Ferres to Leeds for what is thought to be a six-figure fee, but Anderson knows there are few quality players available at this time of the year.
And, with prop Craig Huby likely to miss the first six weeks of the season with a broken wrist, the coach admits his pack resources are likely to be stretched ahead of the opening game against St Helens on February 5.
"It's going to be tough," Anderson said at the club's pre-season media day at a Chinese restaurant in Huddersfield. "We're scouring the world to see what's available and what's the best fit for us.
"Everyone's assuming we're on the look-out for a back rower but we may sign a centre because Joe Wardle doesn't do too bad as a back rower.
"We have options. We're looking for players that fit the mould we want and that can enhance us as well. We won't be spending money willy-nilly on anyone.
"There's a lot of things going on. Nathan Brown (Anderson's predecessor) taught me one thing, that if the money's there, they'll come. It's like Field of Dreams - build it and they will come.
"We're in no rush. Our squad is light at the minute but there's no rushing out trying to get people for the sake of it."
Oliver Roberts, a second rower signed from Bradford 12 months ago but yet to make his debut, is likely to benefit from the departure of Ferres while Anderson may also have to turn to inexperienced duo Josh Johnson and Nathan Mason to prop up the front row.
The Giants parted company with props Craig Kopczak and Anthony Mullally at the end of last season and the short-term loss of Huby is likely mean plenty of game time for new recruit Rapira, who has joined the club from New Zealand Warriors.
"It's going to be tough," Anderson said. "We've got Sam Rapira, Eorl Crabtree's nice and healthy and we've brought Larne Patrick back as well. There's three very good middle men there.
"And we've also got young fellas in Josh Johnson and Nathan Mason. Josh played five or six games last year and Nathan had a couple of games. We've also got Oli Roberts who can play edge or middle and, when him and John Bateman were kids, they were the next best thing.
"We're stretched as a squad at the moment so we're still on the look-out to try and bring new players in. But we won't rush - we'll wait until the time's right and bring in the right people."
Meanwhile, Anderson insists his club have moved on from the saga of Ferres, whose stay at the John Smith's Stadium became untenable when it was reported he had an alleged affair with a team-mate's partner.
"It's been disruptive in that we've lost a very, very good player, but that's about it," he said. "The squad's been good, the squad's very united behind one person and they've done what they've done.
"That's in the past now and I've not really much more comment on that - it was what it was, we've dealt with it and moved on and that's that.
"Leeds have got a very good player and we've got an opportunity to bring some good players in."
