Ospreys won the Celtic League with a 24-16 victory over Borders at Netherdale.
The Neath-Swansea franchise won the League for the second time in its six season existence by a point from Cardiff Blues who wrecked Leinster's hopes with a 27-11 win on Friday night.
Filo Tiatia scored an early try and then James Hook set-up Sonny Parker as the visitors took a 14-6 lead at the interval.
After the break, Parker scored his second although Ed Kalman replied for the hosts who were playing their final game after the Scottish Rugby Union announced the Reivers are to disband at the end of the current season as a cost cutting exercise.
But Hook kicked a late penalty to seal the victory and title for Lyn Jones's men.
