Saracens destroyed Harlequins in 'Showdown 4' with a 45-point victory in front of over 60,000 fans at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday.
Sarries dominated the London derby from the first kick scoring four tries in the first half-hour with Alex Lewington, Theo Dan and two from Sean Maitland, who only came into the side moments before kick off due to Rotimi Segun's injury.
Quins had to come out for the second half with a point to prove but four minutes after the restart Dan scored his second try.
Alex Dombrandt finally got Quins on the board but Saracens responded with three more tries from Lucio Cinti, Juan-Martin Gonzalez and Alex Goode.
The win lifts Saracens up to second in the table with Quins dropping two spots to fifth, as Exeter Chiefs also leap-frog them after their 25-16 victory over Newcastle Falcons.

Talking Point - Showdown a letdown

One of club rugby's biggest showcases of the season needed a better contest than this. Even the most partisan of Saracens fans would have surely liked a contest today. Instead the game was over a few minutes into the second half.
At least the crowd were treated to some Harlem Globetrotters tricks from Saracens, with Daly's pass through his legs which led to Maitland's second try and Cinti's scintillating try were moments worthy of the occasion.
The confidence Saracens will get from this performance, on their return to club action, may well be the launchpad to a silverware-heavy end of season, as they look to send club legend Owen Farrell off in style.

Player of the Match - Elliot Daly (Saracens)

It could have been a raffle between the Saracens backline who were all fantastic, with their forwards also dominant. Daly produced the moment of the game with his pass between his legs and was a key part of the unstoppable machine going forward all game, while defensively he was very strong taking each high ball.
