Warren Gatland has been hampered by a series of injury issues during this year's Six Nations, but will welcome back George North into the fold following his recovery from a shoulder problem. Meanwhile, Sam Costelow came off injured in the narrow defeat to Scotland in their Six Nations opener, joining James Botham and Leon Brown on the treatment table.

Warren Gatland has named seven changes to the side that will face England in their Six Nations match at Twickenham on Saturday.
George North comes back into the XV following injury and looks set to make his 50th Six Nations appearance, where he will play alongside Nick Tompkins.
Ioan Lloyd and Tomos Williams both made a telling impact in almost engineering a comeback against Scotland, and have been introduced into the starting line-up.
Sam Costelow was forced off injured in that defeat to Scotland and will be replaced by Lloyd.
Gareth Thomas, Elliot Dee and Keiron Assiratti come into a revamped front row for Gatland’s side, while Alex Mann has been rewarded with his first start after coming off the bench to score a try against Scotland.
Meanwhile, the bench includes prop Corey Domachowski and hooker Ryan Elias, who have both dropped down from the line-up at the weekend.
Cai Evans is also on the bench and is in contention to make his Six Nations debut, while Will Rowlands is back in the squad following the birth of his child.
Gatland has several injury concerns to deal with, including James Botham, who is ruled out with a knee injury.
It remains to be seen whether or not Botham will be back for the match against Ireland in Dublin on February 24.
Botham joins Costelow and Leon Brown on the sidelines, adding to the absences of co-captain Jac Morgan and Taulupe Faletau, with both players ruled out for the entirety of the tournament.
Wales team to face England: Winnett; Dyer, North, Tompkins, Adams; Lloyd, Williams; Thomas, Dee, Assiratti, Jenkins (capt), Beard, Mann, Reffell, Wainwright.
Replacements: Elias, Domachowski, Griffin, Rowlands, Basham, Hardy, Evans, Grady.
