The 43-year-old, who had turned professional in 1995 - some seven years before his opponent was even born - was never truly in the contest and eventually succumbed to a loss of four frames to one.
It was Jiahui who made the better start. After claiming the opening frame by 91 points to 24, he soon raced into a 3-0 lead, recording his highest break of 85 in the second.
Bingham showed signs of life in the fourth, producing a break of 85 to win 85-41, but the 17-year-old held his north to seal victory by winning the fifth frame 114-0 in two attempts, with Bingham failing to punish him for missing a red.
He will face either Ben Woollaston or Zhou Yuelong in the next round.
