Lee beats Hendry

Lee beat Hendry 4-3 in the second round before winning 4-2 over Thailand's Passkorn Suwannawat. The world number 14 will now face Ronnie O'Sullivan for a place in the last 16 at the Lotto Arena.

O'Sullivan is the form player in the top half of the draw, defeating English trio Anthony Hamilton, Adam Wicheard and Andrew Norman, dropping just one frame as he did so.

Welshman Michael White's reward for defeating Stephen Maguire and Steve Davis is 2010 world champion Neil Robertson.

Graeme Dott will meet Alan McManus in an all-Scottish round four clash, Dott having the more difficult path through after matches against both fellow former world champion Peter Ebdon and Chinese number two Liang Wenbo went to deciding frames.

Each player earns 1,000 euros for reaching the last 16 of the event, with the final on Sunday when a prize of 10,000 euros is at stake.
