Ronnie O'Sullivan has joked he will change his name to Ronald McDonald to forget being asked questions about winning £1m from snooker's Home Nations series.

Ronnie O'Sullivan has won the Masters six times.

The shattered five-times world champion was relieved to get knocked out of the Northern Ireland Open 4-1 by Elliot Slessor in the last 32 on Thursday.
He was clearly exhausted after losing 10-8 to Shaun Murphy in the Champion of Champions final before overcoming Judd Trump 10-3 in the Shanghai Masters final at the end of a relentless three-week snooker splurge.

The thought of winning what is a nigh impossible £1m bonus for claiming four ranking events - the English, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Welsh - did not sit well with O'Sullivan, who set up the unrealistic prospect with a 9-2 win over Kyren Wilson in the English Open final.
"It was just ridiculous. There is more chance of winning the lottery. That is probably the odds, but I gave you a good go for a one and quarter tournaments," said O'Sullivan, who will bid for a sixth UK Championship in York next week.
"You've had your money, you'll need to find something more interesting to talk about.
"Maybe I'll break my arm next week, and you can talk about that one. Try to win the UK Championship one handed..that would give you something to talk about," said O'Sullivan, who won the UK title in 2014 with a broken ankle.
Or play in my feet. Would that give you a few headlines? Or change my name to Ronald McDonald? You'd like that one.
"Or come in with a Shaun Murphy suit on and a pair of shoes? Or Yan Bingtao's gold shoes?
"You let me know what you want, and I'll accommodate you. We all want headlines. It's all good for the game.
"I was quite happy to get beat as it was getting on my nerves to be honest with you. I'll bet nobody would do it in the next 50 or 100 years.
"I would have put the £1m to good use in setting up a foundation to help homeless people which I'm in the process of setting up."
