England's Ali Carter went through to the next round at the Snooker Shoot Out with a win over Dean Young, while Si Jiahui impressed with a win over Ryan Day. Meanwhile Kyren Wilson wore a red oven glove during his second-round win against Egypt's Mostafa Dorgham, this time bringing out a white glove as he defeated Lilley 101-1. Top seed Mark Allen also progressed, beating Sanderson Lam.

‘Don’t forget the roast’ - Wilson wears oven glove in win over Dorgham at Shoot Out

Kyren Wilson brought out a glove again as he made a century in his third-round victory against fellow Englishman David Lilley at the Snooker Shoot Out.
Lilley made an early error at the Swansea Arena, potting the opening red but missing the yellow.
Wilson took advantage of the slip up, potting ball after ball to make a century and win 101-1. He joked around with the crowd at every opportunity, even attempting a no-look shot with the yellow once victory had been secured.
He delighted those in the venue by bringing out a white glove towards the end of the match, having used a red oven glove during his second-round win against Egypt's Mostafa Dorgham.
“As I said before, it's Saturday," Wilson joked to Eurosport after the match. "I want the crowd to have a bit of fun. It's not your typical snooker event, so why not?
“Obviously I wouldn't do it if the frame is live. I knew I'd won the frame. Sometimes traditional snooker, you don't want to see that and the Shoot Out is not about that. So just have a bit of fun.”
Wilson is going someway to redeeming himself after a 6-5 defeat to world No. 60 Jamie Clarke at the UK Championship last week, despite being 5-1 up.
He defeated Daniel Wells 47-38 in the Shoot Out first round on Wednesday to book his place in the last 64, before beating Dorgham 71-14.
Shoot Out top seed Mark Allen also progressed to the last 16, defeating Sanderson Lam 58-26. He had failed to pot a ball on his first attempt, allowing his opponent to sail into a 36-0 lead over four minutes.
Allen finally got the chance to get on the board, closing his deficit to 20 points with three minutes to play.
After taking the lead, Allen was awarded a ball in hand after Lam accidentally touched the cue ball, and his victory was all but secured with 60 seconds left on the clock.
Michael White was among the other players to progress, defeating Joe O’Connor 75-6, while Steven Hallworth defeated Alexander Ursenbacher 48-12.
Cao Yupeng came up against Thepchaiya Un-Nooh and carried the tie 44-6.
Ukraine's amateur, Iulian Bolko defeated the experienced Anthony Hamilton 31-26, and Ali Carter defeated Dean Young 58-21.
Dominic Dale defeated Zhou Yuelong 66-23, helped by an impressive 61 break against the clock, and Long Zehuang lost 56-40 to Welsh amateur Duane Jones.
Later on in the session, Elliot Slessor beat Zak Surety 65-42, Liam Davies sunk fellow Welshman Dylan Emery 40-33, and Oliver Lines beat Xu Si in a low-scoring 20-9 match-up.
Mark Davis came up against his English compatriot Liam Pullen, winning 46-15 to reach the next round, whiel Jimmy Robertson beat veteran Scot Graeme Dott 53-44.
There was a late impressive performance from Si Jiahui, who hit two half-centuries to a 112-0 win against Ryan Day, and teenager Stan Moody lost to Hammad Miah 61-34.
