Mark Williams reached the top of the Premier League table after sneaking a 3-3 draw in his clash with Marco Fu in Banbury.
The Welshman had stormed in front at 2-1 with a break of 104 but two determined half-centuries from his opponent left him behind with a single frame remaining.
A commanding 122 earned Williams the final frame and the draw, which lifts him above Mark Selby to the head of a tightly-packed table.
In the other game to take place at the Spiceball Leisure Centre Neil Robertson recorded his first Premier League victory with a 6-0 drubbing of Ding Junhui.
The Australian world number one opened up with a break of 120 and continued his dominance to allow his Chinese opponent just 121 points over the course of the six frames.
The win lifts Robertson from the foot of the table to fifth place.
