World Championship: Liang Wenbo downs Stuart Carrington

Liang Wenbo edged Stuart Carrington 10-7 to reach the second round at the World Championship – despite his opponent making three centuries.
Wenbo won the final three frames in a topsy-turvy contest at the Crucible, a fine comeback after his opponent had roared into a 5-2 lead following breaks of 124, 101 and 107.

AFTERNOON SESSION
In the afternoon session, Ding Junhui beat Zhou Yuelong 10-5 to progress to the second round.
Ding Junhui compiled three centuries and six breaks of 50+ as he eased past his impressive 19-year-old opponent, who himself made runs of 81, 60 and 93.
Elsewhere, Rory McLeod staged a sensational comeback as he came back from a four-frame disadvantage to take the lead 5-4 against Judd Trump in their first round match.
Trump put together runs of 55 and 54 on his way to a four-frame lead but McLeod hit back with a 72 and a 77 on his way to winning the next five frames in succession to lead, with their match set to be completed tomorrow.
