Ester Ledecka will defend her parallel giant slalom Olympic title in Secret Garden but she will hope for a different outcome in three years' time after finishing second to Ramona Hofmeister.
The German beat Ledecka by 0.40s for her second straight World Cup victory at the Beijing 2022 venue, underlining her impressive form, which brought World Championship bronze in parallel slalom earlier this month.
Ledecka still extended her lead at the top of the overall standings to 60 points from Sabine Schoeffmann with two rounds to go.
Selina Joerg took third by beating Aleksandra Krol and remains third in the overall parallel standings.
In the men's event, Slovenia's Tim Mastnak secured his second win of the season by taking top spot from Russia's Andrey Sobolev.
Mastnak took the victory by 0.56s, while Germany's Stefan Baumeister took third by beating Poland's Oskar Kwiatkowski.
