Michela Moioli and Alessandro Haemmerle earn victories at Snowboard Cross World Cup in Montafon

Italy's Michela Moioli picked up her third Snowboard Cross World Cup podium in a row as she beat Britain's Charlotte Bankes in the big final in Montafon. Josie Baff finished with the bronze medal. Reigning Olympic champion Alessandro Haemmerle was the victor in the men's event, consigning Leo Le Ble Jaques to silver. Julian Lueftner was the bronze medallist.

Michela Moioli soared to gold at the Snowboard Cross World Cup in Montafon for her second win of the season, as Charlotte Bankes came a close second.
It was a duel between Italy and Britain in the big final - Bankes edged past Moioli early on, before the Italian stormed back in front to take victory.
Moioli's win makes it her third podium in a row as she assumes top spot with a two-point lead in the overall standings with just three races to go.
Bankes sits third overall with her fifth successive podium, as Josie Baff completed the top three with bronze.
In the men's cross, Eliot Grondin had his winning streak halted as the overall leader missed out to Olympic champion Alessandro Haemmerle for his 18th World Cup win.
Leo Le Ble Jaques took second spot in a photo finish with Haemmerle, as Austrian teammate Julian Lueftner won bronze.
Haemmerle said: "I am overwhelmed with my feelings. It was tough last year to come in here and the pressure is through the roof even though people are happy no matter how I do.
"I just felt a great energy. Everyone did everything they could to make this track possible."
He added: "This event is the biggest on the tour for us. For me especially coming from here. I just wanted to win and God was on my side today with the luck."
