The 22-year-old top seed beat her 40th-ranked opponent 11-8 11-7 11-2 11-2 to add the singles title to the doubles gold she won with Wang Nan on Friday.
Wang Hao will attempt to give China another Olympic sweep when he takes on South Korea's Ryu Seung-min in the men's final on Monday.
Earlier in the day, Kim Kyung-ah won the bronze medal grinding out a 4-1 win over Li Jiawei of Singapore.
Kim, who was unseeded, chopped and sliced her way to a 9-11 11-8 11-7 11-5 11-8 win as she frustrated the Beijing-born Li with her defensive tactics.
The 27-year-old is only the second South Korean woman to win a table tennis singles medal for her country after Hyun Jung-hwa took bronze at the 1992 Barcelona Games.
Li, who relocated to Singapore in 1996, was left in tears after failing to give the city-state its second Olympic medal in its history following weightlifting silver in Rome 44 years ago.
