Caroline Wozniacki continued her impressive form at Roland Garros, beating Pauline Parmentier 6-0 6-3 on Court Philippe-Chatrier.
Wozniacki may only have two quarter-final appearances to show for her 10 previous Roland Garros appearances but has been imperious so far at the French Open.
In front of an half empty Court Philippe Chatrier under threatening skies, the Danish second seed barely broke sweat to set up a meeting with Russian Daria Kasatkina.
The Australian Open winner took just 22 minutes to bagel her opponent in opening set of their third round match, before racing into a five-game lead in the second.
Parmentier, however, ranked 74th in the world, managed to bring some respectability to proceedings by winning three games on the bounce before the Dane saw it out.
“I feel pretty good. I think I played some solid tennis, and I’m happy to be through to the fourth round here again,” said Wozniacki.
“You know, it gets harder and harder with every match. I’m happy to be here.”
