Jabeur knocks out Dodin in straight sets to progress at Roland-Garros

Ons Jabeur navigated her way past Oceane Dodin to advance to round three of the French Open with a 6-2 6-3 win.
The seventh seed broke her opponent three times in the first set although her stubborn opponent didn't make it easy, saving seven break points in the opener.
The two exchanged breaks early in the second as well as love holds but Jabeur proved the stronger with a key break for 5-3 before serving out the match.
“I think it was a great match for me,” Jabeur reflected in her press conference.
“I managed with the conditions, with the wind, and with someone that hits very hard. I hope I can continue playing even better for the next matches.
The Tunisian made light work of her 71-minute encounter and hit 25 winners as she won back-to-back matches for the first time since April to set up a last-32 tie with Serbian qualifier Olga Danilovic.
Despite the gap of 115 places in the WTA rankings, Dodin kept up with Jabeur in the early stages of each set. She battled to save four break points in her first service game and broke immediately broke back after losing serve in the fourth game of the opener.
But Jabeur won the next five as she rallied through the first set with relative ease, and despite Dodin causing slight concern to break a second time for 2-2 in the second set, lost the last three games as Jabeur powered to victory.
“I think, yeah, I'm getting back to my level," Jabeur said when asked about her current level of fitness.
"I feel like I'm moving great, and I'm feeling like it's getting better during the matches. The game is there. Physically I'm feeling definitely much better. Just a few things that are going to go my way probably in the next few matches.
"But yeah, we'll keep working hard and improving every day."
