Crews will be given a two-hour window in which they are permitted a maximum of two passes through the stages. After that, and running in championship order, the crews will then take one qualifying run.
The driver with the fastest time will decide his position on the road for the opening day of the WRC round. The Priority one and two crews will all take part in this process, with the slowest driver being the last to select his place on the road.
For subsequent days, the crews will start in reverse order, with the slowest of the P1 and P2 crews running first on the road.
The WMSC meeting in Singapore also ratified the calendar for next year, including Rally d'Italia on 18-21 October. Rally GB remains in its September 13-16 date.
The 2012 season will begin with Rallye Monte Carlo on January 17. Monte Carlo will be one of three WRC rounds which will include both support series - the Production Car WRC and the S2000 WRC. The other two events to feature both will be New Zealand and Catalunya.
