Clement Tomamichel edged David Ryding to win the Giant Slalom at the British Championships in Meribel.
The Frenchman finished in one minute and 18.35 seconds, three-tenths of a second clear of his nearest rival.
Ryding failed to replicate the dominant form that saw him win the Seniors slalom on Friday, but still managed a second-placed finish after pipping Italy’s Giacomo De Marchi for second place.
French trio Pierre Gaidet and Theo Leleu narrowly missed out on the podium – finishing 0.08 and 0.12 seconds behind De Marchi respectively.
In the women’s Slalom, Bogdana Matsotska made it two wins in two days as she triumphed with a winning time of 43.46 seconds.
The Ukrainian forced Brit Emily Evans into second place by over half a second, with Australia’s Greta Small rounding off the podium a further 0.15 seconds behind.
Seven British skiers finished in the top 10 in Meribel, as quartet Harriet Steggles, Charlotte Guest, Natalie Beattie, and Michelle Sole just missed out on the podium.
