Last year's final, in which Arsenal beat Everton 2-0, was played before a crowd of 15,000 at stadiummk, but organisers are hoping to build on the success of England Women's match against Germany in November last year, which brought 45,000 fans to Wembley.
Kelly Simmons, FA director of national game and women's football, said on the governing body's website: "The FA and the FA Women's Board has worked hard on bringing the FA Women's Cup final to Wembley for some time now and it's fantastic that we've been able to do so for 2015.
"The England v Germany game was such a big moment for women's football and we wanted to use that, along with this summer's World Cup, to build momentum across the wider women's game. It felt like the perfect time for the final to be at Wembley."
